Bertazzoni freestanding 30-inch dual fuel range. This versatile counter depth size works just as well in a new kitchen design or with existing cabinetry. The cooktop has four gas brass burners including a dual-ring power burner, of up to 19,000 BTU with separately controlled flames. The electric 4.6 cu. ft. self-cleaning oven has nine functions, from convection, baking and roasting to warming on up to 7 levels. An edge-to-edge multi-layer inner glass maximizes the usable oven space and allows for easy cleaning. This model also features telescopic glide shelves and soft-close door hinges. The elegant digital gauge ensures precise control of the oven temperature during baking, roasting and broiling with bezel integrated controls for the temperature probe.

Features

• CONVECTION SYSTEM — The combined effect of the twin fans, two ring heating elements, the baffle and vents achieves a balanced, horizontally directed airflow for best-in-class even heat distribution, equally benefiting multi level cooking or any high profile foods. The Dual Diagonal Convection System, provides optimal heat distribution throughout the cavity, preventing hot spots or heat shadows. Food stays moist and is prepared healthier as grease particles do not carbonize. When using the oven for more than one dish, the different levels cook much more evenly than in a conventional convection oven. For traditional cooking, such as baking and recipes that require non-convection heat, the oven can be operated with the top and concealed bottom heating elements.
• TELESCOPIC GLIDE SHELVES — The telescopic oven rack provides more convenient oven access and easier handling of hot and heavy dishes.
• SOFT MOTION DOOR — The soft-motion oven door is specially designed and carefully balanced for easy opening and smooth closing with one hand.
